Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Operations Executive to manage product listings and backend catalog operations on Shopify. This is a non-curation role, focused on data accuracy, bulk uploads, and efficient catalog management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product listing and catalog operations on Shopify
• Maintain product data in ERP
• Perform bulk uploads using Excel/CSV and ensure data accuracy
• Update product details including pricing, images, descriptions, and variants
• Coordinate with photo editor to get images and upload in necessary format
• Maintain catalog hygiene by removing errors, duplicates, and inactive SKUs
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely product uploads and updates
• Handle large datasets and ensure proper structuring for uploads
• Generate basic reports and MIS related to catalog updates.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• 1–3 years of experience in catalog operations / e-commerce backend roles
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (must-have)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, CSV handling)
• Experience with bulk product uploads preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
