About Kroslo

Kroslo is building India's first health & function first cookware brand — Titanium Enamel Cast Iron, made for the Indian kitchen. We're scaling fast across Amazon India and D2C.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. Schedule and process daily orders across Amazon (FBA + Easy Ship) and Shopify, ensuring zero dispatch delays.
  2. Plan, label, and execute FBA inbound shipments — forecasting stock, booking appointments, and reconciling receipts.
  3. Coordinate with the warehouse team on dispatches, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence.
  4. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners — performance tracking, escalations, and cost reconciliation.
  5. Work closely with the packaging team to ensure stock readiness, quality checks, and zero-defect dispatches.
  6. Maintain Amazon account health metrics — ODR, late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, and policy compliance.
  7. File and track A-to-Z claims, safety claims, reimbursements, and lost/damaged inventory cases end-to-end.
  8. Manage the full returns workflow — inspection, restocking, and write-offs — and raise/pursue Seller Central tickets to closure.
  9. Act as the single point of contact with the Amazon Account Manager and Category POC.
  10. Own all product listings — titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content.
  11. Manage and continuously refresh the Amazon Brand Store for relevance and conversion.
  12. Run the full deal calendar — Lightning Deals, Best Deals, coupons, Subscribe & Save, and Prime-exclusive offers — while protecting Amazon's Choice and Bestseller badges.
  13. Track Best Seller Rankings, search rank, and category positioning daily; flag drops early and build a weekly ops dashboard for the founders.


You're a fit if you have:

  • 1–3 years running Amazon Seller Central operations for a D2C or consumer brand in India
  • Hands-on experience with FBA inbound, A+ Content, Brand Store, and deal management
  • Comfort with Excel/Sheets — you can build a reconciliation tracker without help [Excel skills are essential]
  • Ability to adopt AI tools such as Claude, Chat GPT, etc. in regular day-to-day work
  • Sharp written English for ticket escalations and internal documentation
  • A bias for closing loops — you don't let tickets, claims, or follow-ups go cold

  • Bonus: Shopify backend, Unicommerce or similar OMS, cookware/home/kitchen category experience.
