Your Role

• Manage and maintain end-to-end performance of applications, workloads, and environments.
• Analyze performance data and act on negative trends to identify root causes.
• Support and enhance systems to implement new business applications and technologies.
• Deploy maintenance in Dynatrace for configuration items (CIs) during off-business hours.
• Escalate and follow up with technical teams for issue resolution.
  
  

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture.
• In-depth experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud services like AWS and Azure.
• Administration expertise in configuring monitoring within Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Grafana and Zabbix.
