Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH, for a Dynamic Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales targets, lead and motivate a team, and establish strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize sales performance, tracking market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting training sessions for the sales team to ensure continuous skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• Sales-related skills: Expertise in sales strategies, lead generation, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Leadership and team management skills: Strong ability to lead a team, coordinate activities, and ensure meeting goals effectively.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Marketing and business acumen: Proficiency in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and drafting strategic plans.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Familiarity with sales analytics, reporting tools, and CRM systems to track progress and refine strategies.
• Educational qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience: Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the financial services or related industries.
