Role Description The DSA Sudokode Trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions focused on data structures, algorithms, and Sudokode-based problem-solving for learners at various skill levels. This contract, on-site role in Bhubaneshwar involves preparing training materials, creating practice problems and projects, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and evaluating participant performance through assessments and feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the corporate training team to align content with industry expectations, update curricula based on emerging trends, and support learners with doubt-clearing sessions and mentoring. The role also includes documenting training progress, maintaining learner records, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies and content quality.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, complexity analysis) and Sudokode-style logical problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess skills in programming fundamentals (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++ or similar), debugging, and applying algorithms to real-world coding challenges.
• Candidates should possess curriculum design and training skills, including lesson planning, creating exercises and projects, and evaluating learning outcomes.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess classroom management and mentoring abilities, with a learner-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience as a trainer, instructor, teaching assistant, or corporate facilitator in DSA or coding bootcamps is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with competitive programming platforms, coding assessments, and industry-standard tools for training delivery will be an advantage.
