Tech Lead Manager, Ads Billing

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering team.
• Experience in building and deploying fullstack applications and servers.
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business domains.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and roadmap, aligning with the Ads Billing goals.
• Lead a team of engineers, fostering their career growth and development.
• Own design, architecture, and implementation of robust, scalable, reliable Ads billing systems and stay contributing to code, design, and debugging to maintain technical context and credibility.
• Ensure high-standards for code quality, testing and system health through code-reviews, design-reviews, and promoting best practices and develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents for complex workflows and enhance decision-making.
• Ensure utmost accuracy and reliability of billing-calculations, invoicing, and payment-processing, given the direct financial impact.
