Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Associate (BDA) - India Market. The BDA will focus on lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and delivering impactful presentations to promote Bhanzu's offerings. The role involves conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, maintaining strong communication with prospects, and contributing to achieving business targets effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

● High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

● Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
