Job Description
Core Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic clients. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations. Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction. Account Growth & Retention Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work to renew and retain existing accounts by ensuring value delivery. Support clients in achieving business goals through offered products/services. Sales & Revenue Management Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives from domestic accounts. Prepare account plans and sales forecasts. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients. Business Development (Domestic Market Focus) Identify new domestic market opportunities. Map industry trends and competitors within the local geography. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business. Coordination & Collaboration Work with internal teams (operations, delivery, finance, technical support) to meet client expectations. Ensure smooth onboarding of new domestic accounts. Address service delivery issues in coordination with internal stakeholders. Reporting & Analysis Track account performance metrics, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Provide periodic reports to management. Use client feedback to suggest improvements in services/products. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all contracts, invoices, and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account activities.
