Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Document Controller role based in Corporate Office Deoli. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely availability. The role involves maintaining document registers, controlling document versions, and implementing standardized filing and archiving procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements. The Document Controller will coordinate with project teams, site staff, and management to collect, review, and distribute documents, while ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of records. Daily tasks also include tracking document approvals, preparing documentation summaries for audits and reviews, and supporting compliance with internal quality and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong document control capabilities, including Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation skills.
- Having Experience of 5-7 years in the NHAI Road Construction and O&M Work.
- Experience in Records Management, with the ability to maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date files and archives.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and preparing clear reports.
- Expertise in letter Drafting, Stock Report, Document Managment and other administrative works
- Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems; familiarity with construction or infrastructure project documentation is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
- Minimum qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within infrastructure, construction, or highways projects is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Corporate Office Deoli and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary- 15,000-20,000 Per Month
Location- Corporate Office Deoli
Qualification- Bachelors in Civil Degree/ Bachelor in Managment Degree
Experience- 5-7 years in relevant field
