Our end client — a rapidly growing technology company recently acquired by one of the leading banking groups in India — specializes in digital transformation, enterprise technology, and business process solutions for large-scale organizations. They are looking for experienced professionals for the role of DMO Solutions Architect to drive enterprise modernization initiatives and architect scalable digital solutions. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work on strategic transformation programs within large enterprise environments.z

Shift: Night shift

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Sales and Presales teams to develop compelling RFP responses, solution proposals, and strategic client pitches.
  • Design end-to-end performance marketing solutions focused on paid media and Ad Operations.
  • Lead client discovery workshops and translate business objectives into scalable digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide hands-on expertise across campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, QA, reporting, and attribution.
  • Define media planning strategies, budget allocation, campaign architecture, tracking frameworks, and KPI models.
  • Drive campaign optimization through automation, AI, and GenAI-powered insights.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to execution.

  • Required Skills
    • 8–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Ad Operations.
    • 5+ years in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Performance Marketing Strategy.
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • DV360 and/or The Trade Desk (TTD)
    • GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms
    • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, attribution models, media planning, and budget allocation.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, solutioning, and storytelling skills.
