Distribution Manager – Hospital Supply Chain

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to lead hospital distribution operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate billing, GST compliance, and seamless supply chain processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution operations across warehouse and hospital units.
• Oversee consignment inventory and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate bill-to/ship-to transactions and invoice management.
• Optimize inventory to prevent stock-outs and revenue leakage.
• Ensure GST compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, billing, and clinical teams.
• Drive ERP-based process improvements and standardization.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Consignment Management: Full visibility and reconciliation of vendor-owned stock

2. Billing & Revenue Assurance: Complete capture of consumables in patient billing

3. Bill-to / Ship-to Accuracy: Error-free transactions with GST compliance

4. Distribution Efficiency: Timely availability and optimized inventory

5. Process & Systems: SOP standardization and workflow automation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Inventory accuracy: >98%

- Stock-out rate: <1%

- Invoice accuracy: >99%

- Revenue leakage: <0.5%

- Reduction in billing disputes: >30% YoY

- Order-to-delivery TAT: <24 hrs

- Audit compliance: Zero major observations

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in hospital supply chain and distribution.
