Budget

Budget Awareness~ Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.

Support operations~

Technical Solution Execution~ Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules).
Problem Solving Support~ Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding.
Technical Documentation~ Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work.

Competencies~

Technical Development~ Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Technical Coaching~ Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development.
Design Standard Application~ Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices.

Efficiency~

Digitalization Roadmap Adoption~ Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Continuous Improvement Contribution~ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization within their scope of work and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
