This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Strategy Operations. The role involves overseeing the operational strategy and execution across the resort, driving key initiatives for organizational efficiency, and managing cross-functional projects. The Director will analyze business performance, collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize resort operations and guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include financial planning and budget management to support long-term business objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance and derive actionable insights
• Proven expertise in Operations Management to streamline processes and drive efficiency
• Experience in Finance, including budget management and financial strategy development
• Background in Consulting or Management Consulting to identify and implement strategic improvements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams
• Familiarity with the hospitality or golf industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
