This position (Director, Sales) will be responsible for developing and executing the channel and enterprise sales strategy across India for SOTI’s top-tier partners and select large direct customers. As the Director, you will formulate and execute strategies to maximise business growth across current and new product solutions. This role requires leadership of a group of Enterprise Account Executives who will consult and sell to SOTI’s partners, customers, and prospects. This leader acts as a trusted strategic advisor for internal stakeholder groups on key opportunities, challenges, and growth strategies.
This role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, OEM Alliances, Professional Services, Business Operations, Finance, Development, and Human Resources. Therefore, cross-functional collaboration and orchestration are essential. This leader will be a high-impact individual capable of driving strong business outcomes, employee development, and exceptional customer experience.
The Director is fully responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organisational goals. Aligning with the sales strategy, the Sales Leader defines and implements plans for assigned accounts to achieve sales objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and scale a channel-driven business across India and define strategies for driving growth through SOTI’s key channel partners.
- Partner with internal teams to design and launch partner programs that maximise channel-driven pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead Account Executives, Field Marketing, and Pre-sales Engineers to create and execute channel-driven growth strategies and account plans.
- Streamline complex sales processes and implement workflows to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate strong consultative channel selling capabilities and executive-level engagement with customers and partners.
- Work with senior executives on complex implementation projects, ensuring channel alignment and support.
- Leverage C-level relationships to position SOTI solutions competitively in the market.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate business goals into go-to-market plans within the partner ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams internally and across partner organisations.
- Drive large and complex commercial and legal negotiations with enterprise customers.
- Work with pre-sales teams and customer technical stakeholders to define migration strategies and business cases.
- Manage multiple, time-sensitive initiatives with competing priorities while maintaining focus on revenue growth.
- Deliver strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop senior account teams, recruit new talent, and build a high-performing sales organisation.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with 7+ years in leadership roles within IT services or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of mobility concepts, including COPE, BYOD, and IoT.
- Experience with Android and Apple OS across enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
- Proven success leading large IT transformation or change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of the mobility management partner ecosystem in India.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and analytics within the mobility landscape.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
- Ability to travel within India (and occasional APAC travel) up to 25–30%.
