Job Description

UNCAPPED COMMISSION - ($300k OTE FIRST YEAR)


This role is focused on developing relationships with regional and national internet service providers, identifying new opportunities across the broadband deployment lifecycle, and structuring Time & Expense (T&E) service engagements across engineering, permitting, and construction support services.

The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with deep FTTH experience who understands how broadband providers plan and execute network deployments and can position services that support those programs from early planning through delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with Tier 2–4 broadband providers deploying residential FTTH networks.
  • Identify opportunities across the full broadband deployment lifecycle, including engineering, design, permitting, and construction support.
  • Lead business development efforts focused on Time & Expense (T&E) services engagements.
  • Position services that support broadband operators through planning, deployment, and program expansion.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and delivery teams to align services with client needs.
  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying additional phases of work as deployments progress.
  • Support proposal development, scope definition, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends including broadband funding programs, capital deployment strategies, and regulatory considerations.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic planning sessions.


Required Experience

  • Experience selling services within the FTTH / broadband deployment market.
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with regional or national internet service providers.
  • Experience structuring or selling Time & Expense (T&E) engagements.
  • Background supporting services such as engineering, design, permitting, construction support, or program management for broadband deployments.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of how broadband operators plan and execute fiber network builds.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.


Preferred Background

  • Experience working with Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 broadband providers.
  • Familiarity with residential FTTH deployment programs.
  • Understanding of broadband funding initiatives and infrastructure investment programs.
  • Strong consultative sales approach focused on long-term account growth.
