This is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA for a Director of Project Management. The Director will oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices in project management. Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role also requires tracking key performance indicators and delivering projects on budget and schedule.

• Proven expertise in Project Management, including experience with project planning, monitoring, and execution
• Proficiency in Team Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Resource Management
• Knowledge of Risk Management, Process Optimization, and Performance Metrics
• Proficient in tools like Agile methodologies, Scrum, or project management software
• Strong communication, organizational, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in finance, payments, or technology industries highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
