Full Stack Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
• Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
• Work primarily in MERN Stack..
• Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable and effective APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven 2 to 4 years experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages - Node.JS and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React).
• Good with databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, Redis).
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• A pragmatic approach to architecture and design, which recognizes when it's OK to diverge from best practices for the sake of practicality.
• Work towards creating and designing systems that can scale.
• Follow best practices of product development - like peer review, documentation, and following code standards.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills. Is comfortable writing crisp and understandable documentation.
