Role Overview

The IP Sales & Strategic Partnerships lead will be responsible for commercializing LegaXy's portfolio of IPs by securing sponsorships, strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and long-term brand collaborations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies for LegaXy's IP portfolio across content, live events, gaming, learning, and athlete-led properties.
  • Identify and engage brands, agencies, sponsors, broadcasters, and ecosystem partners.
  • Build customized sponsorship packages aligned with partner objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Create partnership decks, commercial proposals, and revenue models.
  • Collaborate with creative and execution teams to develop marketable brand solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, sponsorship managers, and agency leaders.
  • Track sponsorship inventory, deliverables, and partner ROI.
  • Explore licensing, franchise, and international partnership opportunities.


Desired Profile
  • 5–10+ years in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, media sales, entertainment partnerships, or brand solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling IPs, sponsorships, events, media properties, or branded content.
  • Strong network across brands, agencies, media houses, and marketing decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand brand objectives and convert them into commercial opportunities & strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.


Success Metrics
  • Sponsorship and partnership revenue generated.
  • Number of new brand partnerships secured.
  • Renewal and retention rate of partners.
  • Average deal size and multi-year partnership conversions.
  • Commercial utilization of LegaXy's IP portfolio.
