Executive Summary

Leads a global hybrid cloud and hardware lifecycle practice with two key goals:

• Internal: Build and scale a 200+ engineer, SRE-driven Managed Lifecycle Services organization using standardized, automated service models.
• External: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transition from legacy systems to hybrid-cloud environments through tailored, delivery-led transformations.

Candidates in this specialized space are "Builder-Leaders" responsible for bridging the gap between legacy hardware operations and modern, multi-cloud digital transformations. This role requires a rare blend of deep technical knowledge—spanning legacy virtualization (VMware) and Cloud-Native platforms (OpenShift/KVM)—with the ability to architect complex global solutions. You will provide senior leadership to develop, manage, and grow a Managed Infrastructure practice of 200+ engineers delivering an automated, API-first Hybrid Infrastructure Lifecycle to clients globally.

Technical Experience

Strong experience managing large-scale datacenter workloads across virtualization platforms including VMware, KVM, and OpenShift. Skilled in defining and standardizing lifecycle management processes, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and operational consistency across enterprise environments.

Extensive hands-on experience in SRE and DevOps practices, leveraging tools such as Docker, Git, Harbor, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, coupled with deep architectural knowledge of modern infrastructure automation and cloud-native ecosystems.

• Expert in virtualization and hybrid infrastructure across VMware, KVM, and OpenShift, delivering standardized lifecycle services at scale.
• Strong in DevOps/SRE and automation (Docker, Jenkins, Terraform/Ansible) to drive infrastructure-as-code and process optimization.
• Proven ability to design multi-cloud architectures and integrate on-prem environments with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Skilled in hardware lifecycle automation, enabling proactive, workload-aware infrastructure optimization.
