Job Description

Overview

Lead AU-QUASAR's Executive Education vertical including micro-credentials, corporate programs, government leadership programs, and C-Suite briefings. Build and scale from inception.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership - Develop a comprehensive strategy for Executive Education
  • Business Development - Set and achieve revenue targets, identify market segments
  • Client Relationship Management - Build relationships with CLOs, CHROs, CTOs
  • Program Delivery - Oversee end-to-end program execution
  • Team Building - Build and manage Executive Education team
  • P&L Management - Own financial targets and profitability


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Management, Education, or Technology
  • Minimum 12-15 years professional experience in executive education or corporate training
  • 5-7 years in director-level position managing P&L and teams
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and scaling
