Business Analyst – Zoho Ecosystem
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM and the broader Zoho One platform.
The ideal candidate will work directly with US-based clients, understand their business processes, translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
