Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering Services to lead engineering strategy and operations across our portfolio in India & South Asia. Based at the Corporate Office, this role is responsible for driving excellence in MEP design coordination, project execution, engineering operations, energy management, and maintenance across both operating and pipeline hotels.

Primary Responsibilities

• To ensure that all Operating Hotels are adhering to the guidelines for Energy management.
• Ensuring POMEC expenses for all Hotels remains within approved budgets.
• Assisting management in the Selection of Engineering Heads for all Operating Units /Project Hotels
• Ensuring that the project handover is seamless and is in accordance with per pre-defined hand over process
• Responsible for FLS guidelines being adopted in all project and Operating Hotels
• Reviews owner process profiling for MEP Consultants services for each assigned project
• Assists owner in input on Engineering designs to meet relevant Brand Standard D&C requirements for each assigned project
• Advises on deliverables for each assigned project specific to Brand Standards and Fire life safety issues
• Coordinates project reporting processes through internal resources and external agencies for timely delivery
• Monitors and reports project activity on designated projects
• Integrates closely with DTS sub departments for necessary ID Design coordination on projects
• Maintains close relationships with owners and/or owners representatives, consultants and Key stakeholders
• Attends regular site review meetings to monitor the project progress
• Conducts regular liaison with Accor specialist teams including F&B, Spa and IT
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or both)
• 20 years of relevant experience in hospitality engineering, technical services, or project management
• Proven experience in a regional or multi-property leadership role
• Strong knowledge of hotel design, MEP systems, fit-outs, and operations
• Experience working with owners, developers, and consultants
• Solid understanding of contracting methodologies and project delivery frameworks
