Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Sales Manager located in Noida. In this role, you will lead digital sales efforts, develop and manage client accounts, and design strategies to meet sales goals. You will identify market trends, oversee digital media and marketing initiatives, and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. A critical component of the role is building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, sales management, and account management to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Experience with digital media and digital marketing to drive online sales campaigns and strategies.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for client engagements and internal collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital analytics platforms.
- Experience in the real estate, décor, or ceramics industry is an added advantage.
- Team handling experience will be preferred.
Salary:- 700000 Per Annum to 800000 Per Annum
