We are looking for an Experience Strategy Manager who can translate business goals and user behaviour into intuitive, scalable digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product thinking, UX design, and behavioural insight.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to shape end-to-end product experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

The role requires strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on experience in UX frameworks, user research, and product ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Strategy

• Define experience vision and UX strategy for digital products and platforms.
• Translate business objectives into structured experience frameworks.
• Identify opportunity areas across user journeys, interaction models, and behavioural signals.

Product & Platform Thinking

• Shape end-to-end product experiences across mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and scalability.
• Contribute to feature definition, prioritisation, and roadmap discussions.

User Research & Insights

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives.
• Convert research insights into personas, behavioural patterns, and journey frameworks.
• Analyse usage data to identify experience friction and adoption gaps.

Experience Architecture

• Design information architecture, task flows, and user journeys.
• Ensure clarity, usability, and cognitive ease across digital interactions.
• Develop experience frameworks that support complex product ecosystems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate strategy workshops and product discovery sessions with clients.
• Present experience concepts and frameworks to senior client stakeholders.
• Align design, product, and engineering teams around a unified experience vision.

Delivery & Governance

• Work with UX/UI designers to translate strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Ensure consistency across experience patterns and interaction principles.
• Monitor product adoption and recommend experience improvements post-launch.

Ideal Background

• 7–12 years of experience in UX, product design, or experience strategy
• Experience working on complex digital platforms or enterprise products
• Strong exposure to BFSI, fintech, commerce, or digital ecosystems (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and product teams

Education

• Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Engineering, or related field
