Digital Product Manager, Self-Serve Campaign Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to help shape and deliver key features for our Self-Serve Campaign Management platform, a core part of our growing Retail Media Network. In this
role, you will support the development of tools that enable advertisers to easily create, manage, and optimize their campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior–mid level PM who is excited to learn, build, and collaborate across teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, sales, and operations to execute on the product roadmap, deliver high quality features, and help ensure a
smooth experience for advertisers. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, curious, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing product space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product roadmap and help drive execution for features within the self-serve campaign platform.
- Support product discovery by gathering customer insights, analyzing feedback, and researching competitive trends.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Assist in defining and measuring success metrics to evaluate feature performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product reviews to support ongoing development cycles.
- Help optimize the advertiser experience across campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, measurement, and reporting.
- Work with go to market and operations teams on product documentation, training materials, and rollout support.
- Conduct data analysis and collaborate with analytics partners to inform product decisions.
- Monitor platform performance and help prioritize bug fixes, enhancements, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 6-9 years of experience in product management, program management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex workflows into simple, actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts OR a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions (e.g., SQL, dashboards, KPIs).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience working on self-serve products, SaaS platforms, or internal tools.
- Exposure to advertising technology, media buying, or campaign management workflows.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
