Digital Marketing VA (WFH | 8 Hours)

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who has basic knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and paid ads. This is an execution-focused role where you’ll assist in daily marketing tasks, website updates, and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update WordPress websites (basic tasks like posting blogs, editing pages, plugins, etc.)
• Assist in SEO activities (on-page optimization, keyword usage, basic audits)
• Support Facebook/Google Ads campaigns (basic setup, monitoring, reporting)
• Handle simple social media posting and content scheduling
• Track tasks and updates using tools like Asana or similar
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of WordPress development
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Basic idea of paid ads (Meta / Google Ads)
• Familiarity with task management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar
• Good communication skills (written & basic verbal)
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic design skills (Canva, etc.)
• Content writing skills
• Previous internship or freelance experience
