About the role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality business leads. The primary objective of this role is to drive potential customers to our website through effective digital marketing strategies, enabling our sales team to convert these leads into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in website management, SEO, content development, lead generation, graphic designing, and digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Manage, update, and optimize the company website for better user experience and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with developers to implement new web pages, landing pages, and website improvements.
  • Ensure website content remains updated with latest products, certifications, blogs, and company information.
  • Monitor website performance, speed, and functionality.

Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified B2B leads.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for lead capture.
  • Generate inquiries through organic and paid marketing channels.
  • Monitor lead quality and collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Search Enine Optimisation

  • Perform keyword research for industrial and export markets.
  • Optimize website content for higher search engine rankings.
  • Improve website traffic through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.

Content Development

  • Write engaging website content, product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Develop marketing content focused on educating potential customers.
  • Create compelling call-to-actions (CTAs) to improve lead generation.

Graphic Designing

  • Design brochures, catalogues, product flyers, presentations, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Support exhibition and event marketing through creative design materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage company profiles across relevant digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing KPIs.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console for performance tracking.


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial marketing will be preferred.
  • Experience in website optimization and lead generation campaigns is highly desirable.
