Role Description

• Managed and optimized campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads for lead generation and conversions
• Executed performance marketing strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Conducted keyword research and implemented on-page & off-page SEO techniques
• Built high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and search engine rankings
• Monitored and analyzed campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta insights, etc.)
• Created and managed engaging blog content to drive organic traffic and audience engagement
• Tracked KPIs and generated reports to optimize marketing strategies
• Worked on audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
• Stayed updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and managing campaigns across various social platforms
• Skills in Web Analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective marketing content
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with yoga and wellness industries is an advantage
