The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who owns their work. You ask "why?" before jumping to "how", back every decision with data, and never stop learning. You'll run multiple projects simultaneously, keep communication tight, and move fast without cutting corners.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content
• Drive research-first strategy — audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, keyword research
• Manage content calendars aligned to business goals and brand voice
• Track metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, engagement) and turn data into clear recommendations
• Collaborate across design, product, and leadership — keeping everyone aligned
• Manage multiple projects with clear timelines and consistent follow-through
• Experiment with new platforms and formats — and document what you learn
• Deliver honest, forward-looking performance reports

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (startup or agency preferred)

Research-backed approach — not gut-feel marketing

Strong communication — you can brief a designer and present to a founder in the same morning. Organised, follows up, follows through — multiple projects don't rattle you

Proficient with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush / Ahrefs

Output-oriented — you measure yourself by results, not hours

Bonus: Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp), A/B testing, basic design sensibility
