Position Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is both creative and highly organized, someone who can take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing execution while helping bring strategy to life across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working independently, and is confident managing content, communications, and client relationships with professionalism and personality.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond where appropriate, and report on performance
- Assist with content ideation and ongoing content calendar development
- Track trends and recommend opportunities to improve performance
Email Marketing
- Write, design, and execute email campaigns
- Manage email calendars and scheduling
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize based on results
- Support ongoing email strategy development
Influencer & Partnership Outreach
- Research and identify relevant influencers and brand partners
- Conduct outreach and manage ongoing relationships
- Coordinate campaign deliverables and timeframes
- Track performance and engagement of partnerships
Client Communication & Support
- Serve as a day-to-day content for assigned clients
- Lead client check-in calls and provide performance updates
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication
- Help ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
Content & Marketing Support
- Support blog writing and content development as needed
- Assist with broader marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Contribute to reporting and performance analytics across channels
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
- Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to jump in where needed
This person should be proactive, not reactive, comfortable owning work from start to finish, and personable and confident in client-facing communication.
