Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
ITSS is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join its Global Marketing Team. In this role, you will design and execute integrated digital campaigns that generate pipeline, elevate brand awareness, and support ITSS's expansion across international markets. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and regional teams to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from brief to performance analysis, ensuring alignment with global go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to localise campaigns for key markets, including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, industry events, and demand-generation goals.
• Produce and/or oversee the creation of high-quality digital content: blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts.
• Drive organic growth through technical SEO audits, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page optimisation.
• Manage paid media budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms; continuously optimise for ROAS and CPL.
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot) to nurture leads through the funnel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing qualified lead (MQL) targets and hand-off protocols.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution.
• Leverage Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and BI tools to derive actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign and landing-page performance.
• Ensure all digital assets adhere to ITSS global brand guidelines and voice-and-tone standards.
• Manage the company website's digital experience, coordinating with web developers on UX improvements and CRO initiatives.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate ITSS positioning in the market.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B technology or IT services environment.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
