Key Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth strategies across social media and digital platforms 
• Manage content calendars aligned with brand and business goals 
• Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms 
• Coordinate with external agencies for: 
• SEO performance 
• Website updates 
• Paid ad campaigns 
• Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance metrics 
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives, campaigns, and updates from agencies 
• Work closely with internal teams for event promotions, branding, and campaigns 
• Generate and implement ideas for lead generation and brand visibility 
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in events, media, or creative industry) 
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies & social media algorithms 
• Experience in handling agency coordination and vendor management 
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and website management  
• Good analytical skills (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) 
• Strong communication and coordination skills 
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
