About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can own and execute paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, build automated email journeys, and continuously optimize the digital customer experience — from first click to final conversion.

Ideal for someone with hands-on D2C / eCommerce experience who thinks in funnels, not just ads.


Key Responsibilities

📢 Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

▸  Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager

▸  Create and test audience segments — cold, warm, lookalike, retargeting

▸  Manage ad creatives briefing and A/B testing (copy, visuals, formats)

▸  Optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and D2C-specific KPIs

▸  Build full-funnel Meta strategies: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion


💼 LinkedIn Ads

▸  Run B2B campaigns targeting decision-makers (industry, job title, company size)

▸  Manage Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms

▸  Optimize for lead quality, CPL, and pipeline contribution

▸  Align LinkedIn strategy with organic content and outreach efforts


📧 Email Marketing & Automation

▸  Build and manage automated email sequences (welcome, nurture, cart recovery, re-engagement)

▸  Segment lists based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase history

▸  Write or brief compelling email copy with strong CTAs

▸  Track and improve open rates, CTR, and email-attributed revenue

▸  Tools experience: Klaviyo / Mailchimp / HubSpot / ActiveCampaign (any one)


🗺️ Digital Customer Journey Optimization

▸  Map and optimize the full customer journey: Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → Retention

▸  Identify drop-off points in the funnel and run conversion improvement experiments

▸  Collaborate with design and dev for landing page CRO (conversion rate optimization)

▸  Maintain dashboards tracking multi-channel performance and customer LTV

▸  Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, or Meta Pixel for behavioral insights


Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

▸  2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing

▸  Proven Meta Ads experience — especially for D2C / eCommerce brands

▸  Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager

▸  Experience with email automation platforms (Klaviyo preferred for D2C)

▸  Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and making decisions from it

▸  Understanding of funnel metrics: ROAS, CPL, CPA, LTV, CAC, email open/CTR
