Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and a keen interest in driving leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 0 –5 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
