This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, optimizing web analytics, creating and executing digital strategies, coordinating marketing initiatives, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and familiarity with Web Analytics tools.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engagement with teams and external audiences.
• Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results.
• Knowledge of current trends in marketing and technology.
• Experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to achieve KPIs, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
