Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haldwani. In this role, the specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports using web analytics tools. The specialist will collaborate with designers and developers to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, support online reputation management, and stay current with industry trends and best practices. This role also involves regular communication with internal teams and clients to refine strategies and ensure measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and basic content marketing principles.
  • Comfort with marketing automation or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Capacity to work on-site in Haldwani, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
