Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Vijayawada. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search, and display. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media pages, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report on key metrics. The role also involves coordinating with creative and sales teams, conducting market and audience research, and suggesting data-backed improvements to campaigns. The specialist will engage with online communities, respond to audience interactions, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to interpret data, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and performance marketing concepts is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in agency or multi-channel advertising environments is a plus.
