Job Description

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive with strong background in Software Services and take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will lead campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and strategy to execution, analysis, and reporting—working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead campaign strategy, messaging, and execution across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to optimize results, ROI, and audience engagement.
  • Conduct market and audience research to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Track, report, and present campaign progress and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with legal, regulatory, data privacy, and advertising standards.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in a digital-first environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams.
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
