About Meera’s Plus Size Store

We are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) women's ethnic wear brand dedicated to creating fashionable and confidence-boosting clothing for plus-size women across India.

Our journey began with a small 10x10-foot store and a vision to solve a problem that millions of women faced—finding fashionable clothing in their size. Today, we are a team of 50+ professionals serving over 5 lakh customers across India through our online and offline channels.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Liaison who can ensure seamless coordination between the company and our digital marketing partners while keeping a close eye on campaign performance and business outcomes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Meera’s in-house brands.

This role will be responsible for managing communication with our digital marketing agency, monitoring advertising performance, ensuring healthy ROAS and customer acquisition costs, and creating omni-channel marketing strategies that drive growth across both e-commerce and retail operations.

The ideal candidate understands both:

● Performance Marketing & Business Metrics

AND

● Brand Building & Omni-Channel Marketing

This is not a hands-on media buying role. Instead, the candidate will act as the bridge between management, creative teams, retail operations, e-commerce, CRM, and external marketing partners to ensure that all marketing activities contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Performance Marketing Oversight
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and digital marketing agencies.
  • Monitor Meta, Google, and other paid advertising channels.
  • Great Understanding of product catalogue & pushing the relevant products as per seasonality,
  • Review campaign performance and ensure marketing budgets are utilized efficiently.
  • Ensure achievement of key performance targets, including:
  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • Conversion Rate
  • Revenue Growth
  • Customer Retention
  • Customer Lifetime Value
  • Provide strategic direction and feedback to agency partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and profitability.


2️⃣ Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across:
  • E-commerce Website
  • Retail Stores
  • Social Media
  • WhatsApp & CRM
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Paid Advertising
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Align online campaigns with retail promotions, launches, and seasonal activities.
  • Drive both online sales and offline store footfall.


3️⃣ Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Plan and coordinate:
  • Festive Campaigns
  • Sale Campaigns
  • New Collection Launches
  • Store Activation Campaigns
  • Customer Retention Initiatives
  • Brand Awareness Campaigns
  • Work closely with content, creative, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely execution.


4️⃣ Marketing Analytics & Reporting
  • Able to strategize the marketing of the particular quarter in detail as per the quarter revenue targets & achieve them.
  • Ability to get detailed insights in product analytics. 
  • Track and analyze:
  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • CTR
  • Conversion Rates
  • Website Performance
  • Revenue Contribution
  • Store-Level Marketing Performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Present actionable insights and growth recommendations to management.
  • Monitor customer acquisition and retention trends.


5️⃣ Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with:
  • Creative Team
  • Content Team
  • E-commerce Team
  • CRM Team
  • Retail Operations Team
  • Digital Marketing Agency
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Create accountability and maintain smooth execution across teams and partners.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Account Management, or Agency Management.
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • E-commerce Marketing
  • Marketing Metrics & Reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.


Success in This Role

Success will be measured by:

This position is essentially a Digital Marketing Account Manager (Internal)—someone who ensures that agencies and internal teams stay aligned and accountable while management remains informed of marketing performance.
