Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Digital Marketing Manager based in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the organization's services. Daily tasks will include overseeing social media marketing strategies, executing lead generation initiatives, analyzing web analytics, and managing digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and proficiency in creating effective campaigns
  • Experience in Lead Generation and implementing actionable strategies to acquire prospective customers
  • Understanding of Marketing principles, including market research and strategy development
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics with the ability to interpret digital data and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Skills in comprehensive Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing strategies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with relevant marketing tools and CRM and LMS platforms is a plus
