Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital marketing across multiple InfozIT products and group companies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance brand building, performance marketing, and team management, while ensuring measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy for multiple products and companies.
  • Create quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with revenue and growth targets.
  • Own budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking across channels.


Performance & Lead Generation

  • Oversee performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Ensure consistent flow of high-quality leads, demos, and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize CPA, CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance across accounts.


Brand, Content & Growth

  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and digital presence.
  • Work with content and design teams on:

o Website & landing pages

o Blogs, case studies, email campaigns

o Social media & video content

  • Drive organic growth (SEO, content, social) along with paid channels.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and monitor tracking, analytics, and dashboards (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
  • Use data to guide decision-making and optimization.


Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and mentor performance marketers, content creators, and designers.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and leadership teams across companies.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, if required.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with leadership exposure.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands/products simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and automation.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and lead-to-revenue tracking.
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and marketing tools.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.


Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, B2B, or Product companies.
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
  • Experience scaling marketing teams from early to growth stage.
