🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly lead targets
• Develop and execute a full-scale digital marketing roadmap (SEO, SEM, Paid Social)
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals

2. Organic Growth (SEO Expertise)

• Execute advanced on-page SEO (content structure, internal linking, keyword mapping)
• Drive off-page SEO strategies including high-quality backlinks and brand mentions
• Conduct technical SEO audits (crawl errors, site speed, schema implementation)
• Identify high-intent keywords and ranking opportunities

3. Paid Lead Generation (Performance Marketing)

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and retargeting
• Handle Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) with focus on Quality Score & CPL
• Ensure accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)

4. 360° Digital Marketing

• Oversee Email Marketing, Social Media, and Content Marketing
• Optimize the customer journey and improve conversion funnels

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Use GA4 and Search Console for insights and performance tracking
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports focused on lead quality and ROI

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing
• At least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role
• Proven success in ranking websites on Page 1 for competitive keywords
• Strong expertise in SEO tools, GTM, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
