This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Digital Marketing Lead. The Digital Marketing Lead will strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth. Responsibilities include creating digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, managing SEO, SEM, SMM, and paid advertising campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals. The role also involves staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and leading a team of marketing professionals to achieve measurable results.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, and Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Digital Marketing Strategies
- Strong skills in Campaign Analytics, Performance Optimization, and ROI Management
- Experience with Content Marketing, Branding, and Marketing Automation Tools
- Proficiency in Using Web Analytics and Reporting Tools like Google Analytics
- Exceptional Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Ability to stay updated on Digital Marketing Trends and Technologies
- Proven experience in managing multi-platform campaigns
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in B2B marketing strategies or working with tech companies is a plus
