Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Marketing & Growth Executive
Company: Spicy Village
Location: Narwana, Haryana (On-site daily at NH 352, near Ghaso Khurd)
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in F&B / Restaurant Marketing
About the Role:
Spicy Village is a fast-growing restaurant located on the Narwana-Jind highway. We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Executive with proven experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector. Your single most important KPI (Key Performance Indicator) will be driving actual customer footfall through targeted digital advertising and aggressive local offline marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising: Plan and execute hyper-local Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns to target audiences in and around Narwana.
Offline Marketing: Lead physical marketing efforts, including highway signage strategies, flyer distribution, and local community tie-ups.
Local SEO & Discovery: Manage our Google My Business profile, ensuring top ranking for local food searches and actively driving customer reviews.
Campaign Tracking: Bridge the gap between digital spending and physical footfall. You must be able to prove that the campaigns you run are bringing customers to the tables.
Content Strategy: Work alongside the management to direct content creation that aligns with current promotional offers and advertising goals.
Who You Are:
You have a proven track record of increasing sales/footfall for a cafe, restaurant, or local food business.
You understand ad budgets, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and local geo-targeting.
You know how to hustle offline just as well as you can run an online ad dashboard.
You have a deep understanding of the local culture and consumer behavior in the Narwana region.
