Digital Marketing Intern – Job Description (Pilot)
Pilot is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to plan, run, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting and engagement
Support performance marketing efforts (campaign setup, targeting, basic optimization)
Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and ad copies
Track and analyze campaign performance using basic analytics tools
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support in content creation, including captions, ideas, and campaign concepts
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
Interest in performance marketing and growth strategies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
