Conciero is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Expert & AI Strategist to join our team and work across our client accounts, including a marquee client in the enterprise consulting and impact/technology space.
This isn't a single-channel role. You'll own paid media, SEO, content strategy, funnel building, and reporting for real client businesses, with the autonomy to run campaigns independently rather than executing someone else's playbook.

What you'll do:

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Own SEO end-to-end: on-page, off-page, technical, and emerging AI-search visibility (GEO/AEO)
• Build and manage funnels/CRM workflows (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
• Set up and interpret analytics (GA4, GTM, Search Console) to drive real decisions, not just reports
• Build content strategy and social distribution systems for founder-led and enterprise brands
• Use AI tools meaningfully in your day-to-day workflow
  

What we're looking for:

• 
  3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with real, provable result
• sFluency in Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4/GTM, and at least one CRM/funnel platfor
• mStrong written and spoken English, comfortable communicating directly with senior stakeholder
• sComfortable working US shift hours (Pacific overlap
