Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist with strong agency experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take a leadership role in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and lifetime value. You will collaborate closely with teams in different locations to deliver high-performing campaigns across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
Oversee and optimize all paid lead generation channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing objectives and campaign plans.
Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Manage direct-to-consumer websites’ ad tech and analytics, including tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and community engagement.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Paid Search (PPC), Google Shopping, Display, and Video Ads (YouTube experience preferred).
Proven experience managing Meta, Google, Youtube ads with advanced targeting and optimization.
Strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign strategy.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and product feeds.
Experience working directly with clients and managing PPC accounts across different business verticals.
AdWords certification is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Work Style & Environment

Office-based Role: The position requires working from the office, collaborating in real-time with the team.
US Shift Coordination: Flexible work schedule in line with US-based hours, allowing for cross-functional team coordination across different time zones.
