Job Description

BOS Natural Flavors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate to their job, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a proven ability to drive online engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance BOS Natural Flavors’ online presence and drive brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Create and manage engaging digital content across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Website Management: Oversee website updates and enhancements to ensure a user-friendly experience and alignment with marketing goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food industry.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
