This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to enhance Astra’s brand visibility and engage potential students. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and analyzing social media and digital campaigns, leveraging web analytics tools to assess and improve performance, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
• Experience in Digital Marketing tools and techniques, including campaign planning and execution
• Familiarity with Web Analytics platforms and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
• Strong Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and content creation
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is an advantage
