Position: Digital Marketing Executive – B2B Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital
presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and enhance brand visibility across India's industrial and
manufacturing sectors.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, lead
generation, content marketing, SEO, social media, and marketing automation, with a strong focus
on attracting enterprise and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation
• Generate qualified business inquiries and leads through digital channels.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting:
o Manufacturing Companies
o EPC Contractors
o Industrial Plants
o OEMs
o Infrastructure Companies
o Engineering Companies
o Procurement Teams
• Create and optimize landing pages and lead capture campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to track and nurture leads.
LinkedIn & Corporate Branding
• Manage company LinkedIn presence and grow brand visibility.
• Develop content focused on:
o Industrial Projects
o Manufacturing Excellence
o Fabrication Capabilities
o Plant Infrastructure
o Customer Success Stories
• Engage with industry professionals and decision-makers.
• Build awareness among business leaders, procurement heads, project managers, and
engineers.
Content Marketing
Develop and manage:
• Blogs
• Project Case Studies
• Company Brochures
• Product/Service Pages
• Client Success Stories
• Email Campaigns
• Corporate Presentations
Create content that showcases:
• Engineering expertise
• Manufacturing capabilities
• Quality certifications
• Infrastructure strengths
• Industry experience
SEO & Website Management
• Improve website visibility on search engines.
• Conduct keyword research related to:
o Industrial Fabrication
o Sheet Metal Fabrication
o Engineering Services
o Manufacturing Solutions
o Industrial Projects
• Optimize website content and technical SEO.
• Monitor website performance and user engagement.
• Update company website regularly with projects and achievements.
Performance Marketing
• Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
• Run LinkedIn campaigns targeting industrial decision-makers.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
Email Marketing & CRM
• Build and manage prospect databases.
• Execute email marketing campaigns.
• Support lead nurturing activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track conversion performance.
Market Research
• Analyze competitors' digital presence and strategies.
• Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities.
• Monitor customer behavior and buying patterns.
• Support management with market insights.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report:
• Website traffic
• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Keyword rankings
• Campaign ROI
• LinkedIn engagement
• Email marketing performance
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Prior B2B, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Infrastructure marketing experience
preferred.
